Company History
Royal Restrooms began in 2004 when David Sauers took his two young daughters to an outdoor festival in their hometown of Savannah, Georgia. David’s daughter, Stella, who was potty training, expressed an urgent need to use the port-a-potties at the edge of the venue. Upon reaching their destination, David propped the door open with one foot for light while keeping a watchful eye on C.C., who was then in the unfamiliar arms of a stranger. David managed to assist Stella but because no toiletries were available, both walked away soiled and annoyed by the experience.
David Sauers wanted to take his girls into a clean, comfortable bathroom. Having not succeeded, he saw a universal need and wanted to fill it. Robert Glisson agreed with him and, together, the two of them set out to change the way the port-a-potty industry operated.
This commitment to providing the highest quality portable restrooms is the company’s highest priority. Each original Royal Restroom was designed and field tested. Improvements were made each time when practical use deemed the changes necessary. Never satisfied with resting on their laurels, Royal Restrooms is on the cutting edge of equipment and will continue to produce top-quality restrooms.
Ensuring that anyone may access a Royal Restroom is another priority of the company. At present, any location within the continental United States may have a Royal Restroom delivered within 24 hours. Expansion over the entire continental United States will occur with the next few years so that clients will continue to experience the same exceptional service as they do now.
Royal Restrooms will continue to fortify its position as the portable restroom that is second to none. By concentrating on technological advancements, raising the standard of what a portable restroom should be, and providing superior customer service, Royal Restrooms will continue to become a well-respected company.
